ApsaraDB RDS for PostgreSQLThe automatic start and stop feature can be configured for serverless ApsaraDB RDS for PostgreSQL instances. The scaling policies of the RDS instances can be modified.

Target customers: all users. Features released: The automatic start and stop feature is supported for serverless RDS instances to reduce costs. If no connections are established to a serverless RDS instance within 10 minutes, the instance is automatically suspended. In this case, no RDS Capacity Units (RCUs) are used, and no computing fees are generated. If a connection is established to the suspended instance, the instance automatically resumes, and computing fees are generated.
