Get Started

Activate ChatApp


Log on to the ChatAPP console.
Click Agree and Start to go to the management page.

Registered WhatsApp Business Account


In the left-side navigation pane, choose Register for WABA > Register to go to the Facebook logon page.
Choose Start > Continue.
Follow the on-screen instructions to register an account

Verify your mobile phone number


In the left-side navigation pane, select ChatBot Design.
Select the WhatsApp Business account to which you want to bind your mobile phone number, and click Synchronize Number.
After the system generates a certificate, choose Use This Number > Number Verification and enter the verification code.

Create a message template


In the left-side navigation pane, choose Template Design > Add.
Enter the template information and click OK to go to the template editing page.
On the page that appears, configure the template.
Choose Save > Submit for Audit. After the template is reviewed and approved, you can use the template to send messages.

Send messages


In the left-side navigation pane, click Send Message and follow the on-screen instructions to edit the message information.
Click Send.
