Target customers: customers who run business across the globe. Released features: ApsaraDB RDS for MySQL supports both standard integer time zones and non-integer time zones. Customers on the Alibaba Cloud China site (aliyun.com) can change the time zone of an existing ApsaraDB RDS instance to a standard integer time zone or to a non-integer time zone by using a specified parameter. Customers on the Alibaba Cloud International site (alibabacloud.com) can select a standard integer time zone that is supported for a selected region when they create an ApsaraDB RDS instance in that region. Customers on the Alibaba Cloud International site (alibabacloud.com) can also change the standard integer time zone of an existing ApsaraDB RDS instance to a different standard integer time zone or to a non-integer time zone by using a specified parameter.
