To continuously optimize your product experience, the Lingjun node pool feature of ACK managed Pro clusters will transition from free preview to commercial operation.

Change impact

After this adjustment, managing Lingjun nodes through Lingjun node pools will incur fees. Existing users will not experience any service disruption during the transition.

• Existing users:

Before commercialization: If you have used Lingjun node pools, activate the service for your UID account before the billing date:

Click Activate service to enter the service activation page, then click Activate Now. If the Activate Now button is grayed out, your service is already activated.

If you have any questions, contact your sales or customer success manager.

• • Important：After commercialization, existing users who have not activated the service will lose access to the Lingjun node pools.
• New users:

After commercialization: During initial creation of a Lingjun node pool, the system automatically verifies service activation status. Follow the on-screen prompts to activate it if needed.
