You can restore an instance from the recycle bin by using one of the following methods: 1. Unlock an overdue pay-as-you-go instance If a pay-as-you-go instance was locked due to overdue payments, you can top up your Alibaba Cloud account to unlock and restore the instance. 2. Unlock an expired subscription instance If a subscription instance was locked because it expired, you can renew the instance in the recycle bin.
