Product introduction: This update is applicable to AnalyticDB for PostgreSQL instances in Serverless mode and elastic storage mode. Instance resources are billed in one-second increments, and bills are generated on an hourly basis. In elastic storage mode, instance resources are billed per second when instance specifications are changed. This way, instance resources are billed more accurately and fine-grained management can be achieved.
