Billing Methods
• Pay By Peak Bandwdith
• Pay By Data Transfer
• Pay By Requests
• Pay By Websocket Traffic or Websocket Bandwidth
Billing Method | Description | Applicable Scenarios |
Pay-by-data-transfer | Users are billed according to the actual traffic used and calculated on an hourly basis | This billing method is applicable to scenarios where the domain name traffic curve has substantial fluctuations and bandwidth spikes or where the bandwidth utilization is less than 30% for the day |
---|---|---|
Pay-by-peak-bandwidth | Users are billed by daily peak bandwidth. A peak bandwidth value is recorded at intervals of 5 minutes for a total of 288 values a day. The highest value is used for billing purposes | This billing method is applicable to scenarios where the domain name traffic curve is relatively flat or where bandwidth utilization exceeds a daily rate of 30% |
Note: The calculation for bandwidth utilization is as follows: Bandwidth Utilization = Actual Usage (GB)/(Peak Bandwidth (Mbps) x 10.54) For example: 1 Mbps bandwidth at 100% utilization for 24 hours would generate 10.54 GB of traffic usage.

Dynamic HTTPS requests | 0.024 |
Dynamic HTTP requests | 0.024 |
Static QUIC requests | 0.008 |
Dynamic QUIC requests | 0.024 |
• Payment Method: Pay-as-you-go
• Billing cycle: Billed by the hour, and the fee is deducted in real time
• A bill is issued at the end of the current billing cycle, which is based on calendar day. A bill is typically issued within one hour of the end of the current billing cycle. The system determines the actual billing time. The amount due is then automatically deducted from your account.

Pay by DDoS
When you activate edge Anti-DDoS in addition to DCDN, you need to pay for the instances (different plans have different instance pricing). After you activate Anti-DDoS and set up domain names, you will be charged for additional clean traffic inccured on DCDN downsteam traffic. Pricing is shown in the table below:
Insurance Plan | Unlimied Plan | |
Price | $1600/Month | $8900 /Month |
---|---|---|
Mitigation Session | Best Effort Protection (Tbps level) | Best Effort Protection (Tbps level) |
Mitigated Attacks | 2 times ($1900/attack for additional attacks) | Unlimited |
Number of Domain Names | 10 top-level domains. ($50/Month for every 10 additional domains) | 10 top-level domains. ($50/Month for every 10 additional domains) |
Clean Traffic | $0.01 /GB | $0.01 /GB |
a. Clean traffic: You will be charged for additional clean traffic incurred on DCDN downsteam traffic at the unit price of clean traffic.
b. Region: Global
c. Rescrictions: Anti-DDoS only covers normal traffic (exclude attack traffic) under 10Gbps and peak QPS under 100,000. If the traffic of your business exceed 10 Gbps, please submit a ticket to apply for this service.
