Target customers: all ROS users. Features released: ALIYUN::SAE::Application: creates an application in SAE. ALIYUN::SAE::Namespace: creates a namespace. ALIYUN::SAE::SlbBinding: binds an SLB instance to an application. ALIYUN::CR::InstanceEndpointAclPolicy: adds an access control entry to control access from the Internet to an instance.
