JULO utilizes Alibaba Cloud services ranging from Compute, Network, Storage, Database, Container, Serverless, KMS to CDN to construct their robust infrastructure supporting whole services.

ECS (Elastic Compute Service) as the core of JULO services, they are utilized for core applications and other internal services. Snapshot and Autoscaling built-in features really help JULO to reduce manual O&M of the infrastructure, allowing them to focus more on application.

On the edge, Server Load Balancer is crucial to provide High Availability architecture in JULO, It serves as the entry point of other services in JULO. SLB provides automatic fail-over and smart health checks to intelligently control the flow of the request.

JULO has started adopting some serverless architecture utilizing Function Compute, as well as containerization which runs on Alibaba Cloud Container Service (ACK) to streamline their services, at the same time to reduce the cost by removing the overhead resources in monolithic architecture.

The databases however, are utilizing RDS for some of their PostgreSQL nodes as well as ApsaraDB for MongoDB to eliminate the complexity of maintaining database services. With a built-in backup system, JULO doesn't need to worry of losing critical data anymore.
