Content of the upgrade:
To improve the business protection capability of traffic limiting based on multiple conditions, bot mitigation, and account security (e.g. collision attack, brute force, weak password), a new update of the Web Application Firewall protection function has been released.
Mode of the upgrade:
Starting from April 22, 2020, the system will enable users to independently perform upgrades on the console by stages. Click here for more details: https://www.alibabacloud.com/help/doc-detail/160596.htm. If a user does not upgrade in 5 days, the system will automatically upgrade the product to the latest version.
Impact of the upgrade:
The content of this update has undergone several months’ online grayscale testing. During the updating time, the users' business access and protection function will not be affected. After the upgrade, the special precise access control rules for a few users may be split from the original single rule into multiple different rules, but it will not adversely affect your business access and protection function. Please kindly note these changes after upgrading.
