The Security Token Service (STS) AssumeRole operation will adjust the request limit to 100 requests per second instead of the previous 6000 requests per minute per Alibaba Cloud account. API requests that are sent by using RAM users and RAM roles within the Alibaba Cloud account are also counted.

【Upgrade Impact】:
Flow control will be executed according to the new request limit:
1. If you submit API requests more than the upper limit, the Throttling errors will be returned for the excessive requests.
2. If you receive errors about flow control, we recommend that you reduce the number of the concurrent API requests.
3. If your business scenario does require a higher quota on concurrent API, you can submit a ticket to increase the quota.
