Upgrade Impact:

During the upgrade windows in the relevant regions, access or connection to MNS related services and console may be interrupted or denied. Each crash or connection failure will not exceed 1 minute. Please be prepared to implement retry and reconnection mechanism in client portal. For management operations in the console, please avoid the upgrade windows.
