Alibaba Cloud will be making changes to the Key Management Service (KMS) Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) relating to the Monthly Uptime Percentage. In accordance with the terms of the SLA, we are notifying you that the changes will take effect on February 29, 2024 for existing KMS contracts in force beyond such date. For new purchases or renewals of the KMS on or after the date of this notice, the updated SLA will apply.
