Notification on Adjustment of CloudMonitor Metrics

Adjustment:
1. The following metrics of Global Accelerator are no longer available: GaNetworkProbeAcceleratorDrop_targetIp, GaNetworkProbeAcceleratorLatency_targetIp, GaNetworkProbeInternetDrop_targetIp, and GaNetworkProbeInternetLatency_targetIp.
2. The StandardFailedCount metric of Tair DRAM-based instances (standard architecture) is no longer available.
3. The SplitrwFailedCount metric of Tair DRAM-based instances (read/write splitting architecture) is no longer available.
4. The following metrics of Tair ESSD-based instances are no longer available: TairPDBStandardFailedCount, TairPDBStandardMaxRt, and TairPDBStandardQPSUsage.
5. The following metrics of Tair Persistent memory-optimized instances (standard architecture) are no longer available: TairPENAStandardFailedCount, TairPENAStandardMemoryUsage, TairPENAStandardUsedMemory, TairPENAStandardMaxRt, and TairPENAStandardQPSUsage.
6. The following metrics of Tair Persistent memory-optimized instances (cluster architecture) are no longer available: TairPENAShardingFailedCount, TairPENAShardingMemoryUsage, TairPENAShardingUsedMemory, TairPENAShardingMaxRt, TairPENAShardingQPSUsage.
Impact:CloudMonitor no longer supports monitoring charts, API operations, and alert notifications for the preceding metrics.
