Public instances of the new version are available in the regions outside the Chinese mainland on the China site (aliyun.com) and on the international site (alibabacloud.com). From now on, public instances of the new version are displayed in the IoT Platform console in the regions outside the Chinese mainland on the China site (aliyun.com) and on the international site (alibabacloud.com) when you use the account for which you activate IoT Platform to log on to the console. You can manually enable a public instance of the new version. 2. Public instances of the new version provide free quotas of 50 online devices, 5 downstream and upstream messaging transactions per second (TPS), and 5 message forwarding TPS. You can upgrade a public instance of the new version to an Enterprise Edition instance.
