Due to product strategy adjustments, we are announcing the discontinuation plan for the Data Transmission Service (DTS) Dedicated Cluster. To minimize impact on your operations, please note the following key timelines and implications, and plan in advance accordingly.

Affected Service: Data Transmission Service (DTS) Dedicated Cluster

Timeline (Singapore Time):

• End of New Purchases: March 10, 2026
• End of Updates: August 10, 2026
• End of Support: March 10, 2027

Impact:

• From the date of End of New Purchases, new and existing users will be unable to purchase DTS Dedicated Cluster services. However, existing users may continue to renew their subscriptions and perform specification changes (scaling) on current instances without interruption.
• From the date of End of Updates, we will no longer provide feature iterations or patch updates for the affected service.
• From the date of End of Support, we will not offer technical support or documentation maintenance. The service will no longer be covered by the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Any continued use of the service beyond this date will be at your own risk.
