Dear User,

Starting from 10:00 AM Beijing Time on April 3, 2026, Alibaba Cloud will gradually roll out self-service cancellation for Savings Plan products on the public cloud.

Changes

1. The following Savings Plans are eligible for cancellation via the Resource Cancellation page in the Cost and Billing console:

- Case 1: If you purchased a Savings Plan with a future effective date and paid in full upfront, you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel before the effective date.

- Case 2: If you purchased a Savings Plan that has never been applied to any usage and paid in full upfront, you are eligible for a full refund.

2. Savings Plans that have already been applied to usage are not eligible for cancellation at this time.

3. You can view the refund calculation details and breakdown of each payment component in the order details page.

Additional Notes

If you initiate a cancellation after 10:00 AM on April 3, 2026, and find that the product does not yet support self-service cancellation, it means that the cancellation feature has not been enabled for

that product. If needed, please submit a ticket and we will work to enable it as soon as possible.
