To provide a more stable and efficient database integration experience, and in alignment with the product development strategies for PolarDB for PostgreSQL and Time Series Database (TSDB) for InfluxDB®, Alibaba Cloud Realtime Compute for Apache Flink will officially cease technical support for the PolarDB for PostgreSQL (Oracle Syntax Compatible 1.0) Connector and the TSDB for InfluxDB® Connector on September 30, 2026.

We recommend that affected users refer to the following solutions to migrate and upgrade their services. The specific adjustments are as follows:

I. Migration and Alternative Solutions for PolarDB Oracle 1.0:

1. Upgrade to PolarDB for PostgreSQL 2.0

Please review the differences between PolarDB for PostgreSQL (Oracle Compatible) Version 2.0 and Version 1.0, and proceed to upgrade your database environment to Version 2.0. If you require assistance with the upgrade or need to enable specific features, please submit a support ticket. The PolarDB specialized technical team will provide you with migration guidance.

2. Flink Integration Reference

Source Tables: Refer to the PolarDB Oracle CDC Integration Guide.

Sink Tables and Dimension Tables: Refer to the JDBC Connector.

II. Migration and Alternative Solutions for TSDB for InfluxDB®:

1. Full Data Migration to Lindorm

In accordance with recommendations for our database products, we advise migrating all full data from TSDB for InfluxDB® to the Time Series Engine of ApsaraDB for Lindorm (Cloud-native Multi-model Database). 2. Flink Integration Reference

Utilize the Lindorm Connector for data processing.
