Change and Impact
Starting March 31, 2024, technical support for ARMS Application Monitoring Basic Edition and Frontend Monitoring Basic Edition has ceased. For detailed announcements, please refer to:[Product changes] Discontinuation of ARMS Basic Edition.
To continue providing better services, ARMS Application Monitoring Basic Edition and Frontend Monitoring Basic Edition will be gradually discontinued and taken offline according to the following schedule. Once the offline date is reached, you will no longer be able to use the ARMS Basic Edition features in the console, and related support services will also be discontinued.

June 30, 2026 | Stop accepting new application onboarding | If you are on the Basic Edition, new application onboarding will be stopped starting June 30, 2026. Existing application functionality will not be affected. If you have already upgraded to the Professional Edition or switched to the billing mode based on the volume of written observable data, all features will remain unaffected. |
October 15, 2026 | Discontinuation of ARMS Application Monitoring and Frontend Monitoring Basic Edition | Starting October 15, 2026, the ARMS Application Monitoring and Frontend Monitoring Basic Edition will be taken offline, including the console feature pages and related official documentation. |
