After you purchase a resource plan, it is used to offset the costs of professional Kubernetes clusters within your account before the fees are deducted from your account balance. Note that the costs of Elastic Compute Service (ECS) instances, Server Load Balancer (SLB) instances, and NAT gateways used by professional Kubernetes clusters cannot be offset by using resource plans.
