You can change the VPCs and vSwitches of the existing instances in the VPC console to meet your business requirements on networks and zones. For example, you can change the VPC of an ApsaraDB for Redis instance to the one where your Elastic Compute Service (ECS) instance is deployed. This way, the ECS instance can communicate with the ApsaraDB for Redis instance. This reduces the network latency.
