Target customers: Cost-conscious customers that have on-peak hours and off-peak hours for server load. Features released: When you choose multiple instance types for scaling configurations, you can use a scaling group that adopts the cost optimization policy to reduce costs. When you choose spot instances for scaling configurations, you may fail to create instances due to price and inventory reasons.
