Identity as a Service (IDaaS)Forgot Password supports Mobile OTP and WebAuthn authentication, improving the flexibility and security of password recovery.

Optimization: Forgot Password previously only supported mailbox and text message authentication. Mobile OTP and WebAuthn authentication methods have now been added. In scenarios where users cannot receive emails or text messages (such as restricted mailbox access or poor mobile signal), identity verification can be completed through the more secure and convenient Mobile OTP or passwordless WebAuthn Authentication. The new Solution significantly improves the availability and security of the authentication process and optimizes the User experience for password recovery.
