Intelligent optimization, which allows you to diagnose performance problems by analyzing active sessions, table and index scans, and use of temporary files. 2. Problem diagnostics, which allows you to diagnose large-grained problems by analyzing the CPU utilization, I/O usage, storage changes, and slow SQL queries. 3. SQL optimization, which allows you to format SQL statements and analyze execution plan problems. 4. Diagnostic reports, which allow you to analyze database problems from a macro perspective.
