Target customers: all ApsaraDB RDS for SQL Server users. Features released: If an RDS instance is released due to expiration or overdue payment, the RDS instance is moved to the recycle bin. ApsaraDB RDS for SQL Server provides the recycle bin for users to unlock, rebuild, or destroy the RDS instances in the recycle bin. The backup files of the RDS instance are retained in the recycle bin for seven days. Seven days later, the backup files are deleted and the RDS instance cannot be rebuilt.
