By storing cold data on disks, the hybrid storage greatly reduces costs and lift limits on data capacity of individual Redis instances, without impacting reading and writing performance in most access scenarios. Target users: In scenarios processing large volumes of data with separated hot and cold data. Features released: The hybrid storage version reduces large volumes of cached data, separates hot and cold data and reduces high cache costs. All key and frequently-visited data is stored in memory, enabling high performance of most requests. Cold data is stored on disks to achieve the most cost-effective memory utilization.
