FizzDragon is a Singapore-based, pioneering technology and entertainment company that operates the world's first full-process Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) film production platform. Designed to democratize filmmaking, it allows creators to generate entire movies, series, and webcomics directly from scripts.

FizzDragon needed to coordinate a decentralized network of over 130 creators across 13 countries to produce a cinema-grade feature film. ● Qwen: Powers real-time narrative branching for interactive cinematic games — generating dynamic dialogues, plot twists, and side quests so that 10,000 players can experience 10,000 unique outcomes. Also assists screenwriters with story outlines, character arcs, and script variations while maintaining narrative consistency across formats.
● Wan: Converts scripts into visual storyboards and concept art, enabling creative teams to align on visual direction before production begins. In interactive games, Wan generates scene illustrations reflecting branching storylines.
● Happy Horse: Generates high-quality video clips from scripts or storyboards — producing cinematic footage for films, short dramas, and game cutscenes with consistent character appearance. Supports targeted re-generation for rapid iteration without re-rendering entire clips.
