Alibaba Cloud will update the service level agreement for WUYING Workspace (formerly known as "Elastic Desktop Service"). The Monthly Uptime Percentage will be changed from 99.9% to 99.975%.
The updated service level agreement can be accessed here:https://www.alibabacloud.com/help/en/wuying-workspace/wuying-workspace-pro-edition/product-overview/sla-update-for-wuying-workspace, which will take effect at 0:00:00(UTC+8) on April 30, 2024 for both existing WUYING Workspace contracts before such time and new purchases or renewals on or after such time. For existing WUYING Workspace contracts, the original service level agreement applies until 0:00:00(UTC+8) on April 30, 2024.
