May 9th, 2023, 14:00 - 22:00 (GMT+8) for regions of UK (London), Australia (Sydney), SAU (Riyadh), Singapore, Japan (Tokyo).
May 11th, 2023, 14:00 - 22:00 (GMT+8) for regions of Indonesia (Jakarta), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), Germany (Frankfurt), China (Hong Kong).
Upgrade content: Upgrade of Smart Access Gateway backend services.
Impact of the upgrade:
During the upgrade, the network service of smart access gateway and app may be unavailable for 2-4 times, each time will be limited within 30 seconds. We recommend that you set up standby connections before the upgrade.
