April 11th, 2023, 14:00 - 22:00 (GMT+8) for regions of China (Hong Kong), Japan (Tokyo), SAU (Riyadh).
April 13th, 2023, 22:00 - 24:00 (GMT+8) for regions of Mainland China.
Upgrade content: Upgrade of Smart Access Gateway backend services.
Impact of the upgrade:
During the upgrade, the network service of smart access gateway and app will be unavailable for 2-4 times, each time will be limited within 30 seconds. We recommend that you set up standby connections before the upgrade.
Alibaba Cloud will arrange for engineers on duty, should you have any problems, please contact us by submitting a ticket.
