April 4th, 2023, 14:00 - 22:00 (GMT+8) for regions of Australia (Sydney), Singapore.
April 6th, 2023, 14:00 - 22:00 (GMT+8) for regions of Indonesia (Jakarta), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), Germany (Frankfurt).
Upgrade content: Upgrade of Smart Access Gateway backend services.
Impact of the upgrade:
During the upgrade, the network service of smart access gateway and app may be unavailable for 2-4 times, each time will be limited within 30 seconds. We recommend that you set up standby connections before the upgrade.
Alibaba Cloud will arrange for engineers on duty, should you have any problems, please contact us by submitting a ticket.
