Upgrade content: Alibaba Cloud plans to upgrade the backend system of Smart Access Gateway in Mainland China region
Impact of the upgrade:
During the upgrade, the network service of smart access gateway and app may be unavailable for 1-3 times, each time will be limited within 3 minutes. We recommend that you set up standby connections before the upgrade.
Alibaba Cloud will arrange for engineers on duty, should you have any problems, please contact us by submitting a ticket.
