Change Announcement on the Instance ID Format of the Billing Details feature and the Splitting Dimension of the Split Bill feature for Pay-as-you-go Message Queue for Apache RocketMQ 4.0 Standard Edition instances

Dear users,
To improve your experience in using the split bill feature of pay-as-you-go Message Queue for Apache RocketMQ 4.0 Standard Edition instances, an update of the billing details feature and the split bill feature is scheduled at 00:00:00 (UTC+8) on June 1, 2023.
The following changes are involved in this update:
1. The instance ID format in billing details
For an instance that contains a namespace, the ID format is changed from RocketMQInstanceId%Topic to RocketMQInstanceId;Topic.
For an instance that does not contain a namespace, the ID format is changed from Topic to RocketMQInstanceId;Topic.
2. The splitting dimension of split bills
After the update, bills are split by instance (RocketMQInstanceId) instead of topic (RocketMQInstanceId%Topic). The system splits bills based on the tags that are attached to a Message Queue for Apache RocketMQ instance.
This update affects the following modules in User Center: Billing Details, Split Bill, OSS subscriptions, and bill-related API operations.
