Upgrade window: May 6, 2022, 13:00 - 18:00 Beijing time
Upgrade content: upgrade of network equipment in Alibaba Cloud’s nodes located in San Jose and Palo Alto, the United States (us-west-oe24 and us-west-oe25) .
Upgrade impact: Users accessing Alibaba Cloud’s nodes located in San Jose and Palo Alto, the United States (us-west-oe24 and us-west-oe25) and using NTT, TATA, CTA, and Equinix might be impacted during the upgrade window. Under normal circumstances, the users have no perception on the impact. In abnormal cases, route convergence may cause two minute-level jitters. The jitter basically has no effect on the long-connection service with automatic reconnection function. Please ensure that you implement the reconnection and retry mechanism in your services to enhance the fault tolerance of your services.
