Phase 2
Upgrade widow: 08:00-15:00 on March 30th, 2023, GMT+8
Upgrade impact: During the upgrade window, traffic goes through Anti-DDoS Premium German region may experience temporary extended latency and TCP session reconnection due to traffic dispatch. Please ensure that you implement the reconnection and retry mechanism in your services to enhance the fault tolerance of your services.
