Dear Anti-DDoS Premium customers,
To increase the capacity and stability of Anti-DDoS Premium service, we suggest you contacting us to upgrade the engine to new version if you are using the old one. You will receive better capacity and new functions under new engine version.
Upgrade Plan
Engine version and function comparison between two engine versions, please login to Anti-DDoS Premium console->Instance->Engine version.
If you don't have a specific time requirement to the upgrade, Anti-DDoS Premium will automatically upgrade the engine under the following schedule.
0:00-18:00 on November 6th, 2022 GMT+8
0:00 on November 7th to 05:00 on November 8th, 2022 GMT+8
Upgrade Impact
You will experience one connection flash during your upgrade. Business with short-term connections or long-term connection with retry mechanism will not be affected. Please ensure that you implement the reconnection and retry mechanism in your services to enhance the fault tolerance of your services.
After the upgrade, the enhanced performance of back-to-the-source cluster may cause higher connections in your origin servers. Please pay attention to your business situation.
