[Alibaba Cloud] [Alibaba Cloud DNS] [Announcement on the change of Global Traffic Manager]

Change description: Alibaba Cloud DNS will update the Global Traffic Manager (GTM) feature at 10:00 AM on March 10, 2023, Beijing Time. After the update, when you configure the CNAME settings for an instance that is not in use, you can no longer select the "Assigned CNAME" option to use the CNAME that is automatically assigned by Alibaba Cloud. In this case, you must use a custom CNAME to access GTM. This update does not affect the instances for which you previously selected the "Assigned CNAME" option. However, we recommend that you switch to the "Custom CNAME" option for the instances at the earliest opportunity.
Impact: When you configure the CNAME settings for an instance that is not in use, you cannot select the "Assigned CNAME" option in the Alibaba Cloud DNS console to access GTM. The UpdateGtmInstanceGlobalConfig, UpdateDnsGtmInstanceGlobalConfig, and CopyGtmConfig API operations are also modified.
