Target customers: all ApsaraDB RDS for PostgreSQL users. Features released: ## I. New features ### 1. Versions 10, 11, 12, and 13 1. Upgrades Ganos to version 3.8. 1.1. Supports the ST_AsDatasetFile function to return range-specific raster objects as binary streams in a specific file format. 1.2. Supports the ST_RasterDrivers function to query the states of all raster data drivers. 1.3. Fixes the issue of spatial reference-based reprojection failure in the use of the ST_Clip function. 2. Supports the pglogical plug-in to implement logical replication in multiple scenarios such as logical incremental replication to the cloud and cross-cloud replication. 3. Supports the pgAudit plug-in to provide finer-grained audit logs. ### 2. Version 9.4 Upgrades PostGIS to version 2.5.4. ## II. Optimized features ### Versions 10, 11, 12, and 13 1. Performs user permission governance. 1.1. Aligns the permission inheritance model with Community Edition. 1.2. Provides permissions on the pg_ls_waldir function to privileged accounts. 2. Refines GiST indexes in Ganos to adapt to different query scenarios. 3. Provides lightweight scans to reduce CPU utilization. 4. Changes the maximum log size of SQL statements allowed on errors such as OOM from 1,024 bytes to 4,096 bytes. ## III. Enhanced compatibility between major versions 1. Supports smooth upgrade for PostGIS on PostgreSQL 9.4. 2. Fixes the unexpected errors reported when the FDW, publication, or subscription owner is modified. 3. Fixes the issue of missing privileged accounts when PostgreSQL 9.4 is upgraded to a later version. ## IV. Fixed issues ### 1. Versions 10, 11, 12, and 13 1. Fixes the out-of-memory issue in some use scenarios of the oss_fdw plug-in. ### 2. Version 11 1. Fixes the issue of index out of range in the use of the PASE plug-in.
