The decision to use Alibaba Cloud was simple. Alibaba Cloud is the among the few reputable cloud players in the market that has both international and Mainland China coverage. Our business scope will cover both Asia and Mainland China, making Alibaba Cloud an obvious choice for us when we select a long-term strategic partner.

One of our key vendors, Haivision, is also a strategic alliance partner with Alibaba Cloud at a global level, much of the technology integration has been tested and this gives us a lot more confidence in terms of technology feasibility and reliability. Also the large number of pods coverage in Alibaba Cloud CDN is another strength we see.

We were not fully aware that Alibaba Cloud had such a wide range of products and services before actually getting an experience with it. The number of CDN coverage, number of data centers available in China, the pace of expansion in international markets and the wide range of products such as big data resources, all these are the key elements that we are looking for to strengthen our service offering to our customers.

The Alibaba Cloud Marketplace also helps us resolves a lot of payment issues when operating in China. It helps us collect money from end customer and reduce a lot of administration overhead.
