Intelligent Robot supports the automatic initialization of multiple knowledge bases and the use of APIs and SDKs to build a smart customer service platform.
Intelligent Robot comes with preset knowledge base packages that are tailored for multiple domains, and provides the template-based initialization of multiple knowledge bases. You can quickly initialize your own knowledge bases. The Bot Framework allows you to configure multi-round dialog and integrate Intelligent Robot with third-party APIs, to fully realize self-service and robot capabilities. When you complete the knowledge base and multi-round dialog configurations, you can choose to continue building smart customer robots using APIs or SDKs, or integrate smart dialog features into your existing customer service systems. Chatbot could automatically collect all conversions that chatbot could not provide appropriate answers, then learn these new conversions into knowledge base with administrator's confirm.
