Alibaba Cloud has updated the Service Level Agreement ("SLA") for Tair (Redis® OSS-Compatible), including modifications to the SLA commitments and service credit percentages for different instance types.

In accordance with the terms of our Service Level Agreement, we are notifying you that the changes will take effect on September 30, 2025 (Singapore Time) for existing Tair (Redis® OSS-Compatible) contracts in force beyond such date. For new purchases or renewals of the Tair (Redis® OSS-Compatible) resources on or after the date of this announcement, the revised Service Level Agreement will apply immediately.
