Alibaba Cloud has updated the Service Level Agreement ("SLA") for Data Transmission Service (DTS), including modifications to the scope of exclusions.

In accordance with the terms of our Service Level Agreement, we are notifying you that the changes will take effect on September 1, 2025 (Singapore Time) for existing Data Transmission Service (DTS) contracts in force beyond such date. For new purchases or renewals of the Data Transmission Service (DTS) resources on or after the date of this announcement, the revised Service Level Agreement will apply immediately.
