Impact: The access logging infrastructure for Alibaba Cloud Object Storage Service (OSS) in the US (Silicon Valley), US (Virginia), and Singapore regions will undergo an upgrade from 00:00:00 on September 4, 2025 to 23:59:59 on September 30, 2025 (UTC+8). During this upgrade, CloudLens for OSS monitoring data and real-time log query results in these three regions may experience brief data loss for an interval of 1 to 3 minutes, during which a very small number of access logs may be missing. Service functionality will not be impacted. The log storage feature is not affected by this upgrade.
