Plan and impact
Thank you for your continued support of Alibaba Cloud. As part of our product strategy adjustments, PolarDB-X 1.0 will be officially retired. If you have ongoing business requirements, we recommend migrating to the replacement solutions PolarDB-X 2.0.
2026-10-15, End of Marketing. New purchases will be discontinued. Existing customers may continue to use the service until their current subscription expires.
2027-4-15, End of Full Support. Subscription renewals and version upgrades for existing customers will no longer be available.
2027-10-15, End of Service. Full service discontinuation. The console, related support services, and the ticketing system will be taken offline on the same date. Our refund service will also end on this date. If you require a refund, please contact us as early as possible before the deadline to arrange the refund process.

To minimize operational impact, we urge you to complete migration to the replacement solution PolarDB-X 2.0 promptly.
