To enhance service quality and better meet security requirements and user needs, we plan to upgrade the Model Studio platform gateways in Frankfurt, Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing. The upgrades will primarily include:

• Security enhancements
• Support for extended timeout durations
• Gateway specification upgrades
• Capacity expansion

Emergency Rollback: In the event of unexpected exceptions or errors during the change process, the emergency rollback plan will be executed, with an estimated recovery time of 10 minutes.

Actual Change Details:

• The ingress MSE will add an x-real-ip header to indicate the client-side source IP, enabling support for APIKey ACL functionality;
• The ingress MSE will confirm TLS v1.3 is enabled to reduce TLS handshake latency (confirmed for activation on the BeiJing site MSE-B);
• The ingress MSE, internal forwarding MSE, and associated NLB will have their timeout duration extended to 3600 seconds;
• In select regions (e.g., Singapore), the ingress MSE and internal MSE will undergo specification upgrades and node scaling.
