Changes

To provide more stable real-time intrusion detection and defense services, Security Center is scheduled to gradually change the server public endpoints starting from December 18, 2025 (UTC+08). The details of the changes are as follows:

Impacts

Under normal circumstances, this change will not impact your business. The Security Center agent goes offline only if you have configured access control policies, such as IP whitelists or Domain Allowlists, and do not add the preceding new IP addresses and domain names to the whitelist in a timely manner.

If you cannot confirm whether access control policies are configured, and the Security Center agent on your server remains offline for a long time after March 5, 2026 (UTC+08), join the DingTalk group (group ID: 15695013520) or submit a ticket to contact a product technical expert for consultation.
