To further enhance your bill viewing and reconciliation experience, the Alibaba Cloud Billing Center has undergone a comprehensive upgrade to a new billing interface (hereinafter referred to as the "new bill"). The new bill has undergone systematic upgrades in terms of field models, as well as an integrated experience for querying, filtering, exporting, and subscribing. In addition, historical old-version billing data has been seamlessly integrated into the new bill, allowing you to query and manage all historical billing data within the new interface.

To unify the user experience and reduce cross-version switching costs, we plan to begin gradually phasing out the old billing interface access starting April 1, 2026. At that time, the Billing Center will retain only the new bill entry point, and the old billing interface will no longer be accessible. Please familiarize yourself with the relevant changes in advance and make appropriate preparations.

I. Change details

1. Discontinuation of old billing interface access: Access to the old billing details and old cost allocation details interfaces on the Expenses and Costs console will be discontinued.

1. Unified historical data viewing: All your historical billing data (including data generated from the original old billing interface) has been integrated into the new bill, supporting unified querying, filtering, exporting, and subscribing within the new interface.
2. Unified online export and subscription: The new bill's online Excel export and OSS/Message Center subscription features now cover both old and new version billing data. Export results are consistent with the interface display, supporting historical billing exports for the past 18 months.

II. Change impact

What you don't need to worry about

1. No loss of historical billing data: All historical billing data has been completely integrated into the new bill. The amount calculations remain consistent with historical billing facts and will not affect your reconciliation results.
2. Comprehensive coverage of core fields: Core billing fields including identity information, product information, resource information, cost information, discount information, and payable information have all been mapped. You can view them normally in the new interface.
3. API and OSS subscription capabilities: The old billing interface's API and OSS subscription export data can still be used normally without impact. Additionally, you can subscribe to new bill data via OSS/Message Center.

Changes requiring your attention

After the old interface is discontinued, there are some field differences between the old and new billing interfaces. Please pay close attention and refer to New bill format and fields.

1. Familiarize yourself with the new interface in advance: Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Billing Center to experience the new bill's querying, filtering, and exporting features.
