Plug-in Released for Detecting Vulnerability of Public Read/Write Permission to Etcd

Kubernetes clusters have read and write permissions to the etcd service. This may cause leaks of Kubernetes secrets or privilege escalation. All users that use the etcd service must use the plug-in to detect the vulnerability immediately.
