Feature released: for cloud-based business, any unexpected failure may affect business continuity. To address this issue, Alibaba Cloud introduces the "customer-side operation and maintenance" feature. With this feature, you are notified of the system event in case of any failure or maintenance operation that may affect an ECS instance, the impact on the instance and what to do next. You can then perform operation and maintenance, such as application-level preparations, failover, and recovery, based on the system event, and make active O&M on the instance using the console or OpenAPI. This can improve O&M experience and efficiency and reduce business continuity risks and loss.
