Tax Rate Change in Saudi Arabia

Dear customers,
According to the relevant tax regulations of Saudi Arabia, starting from August 1, 2020, 0:00 AM UTC+3, Alibaba Cloud will tax customers whose registered country is Saudi Arabia according to the following rules:
1. Individual customers will be taxed VAT at a rate of 15%.
2. Enterprise customers that have filled in the VAT registration number will not be taxed.
3. Enterprise customers that do not fill in the VAT registration number will be taxed VAT at a rate of 15%.
Enterprise customers that do not fill in the VAT registration number may fill it in on the "Billing Management-Tax ID" page. After the registration number is filled in, Alibaba Cloud will no longer tax you on newly generated transactions.
